Youtube plan - Good / Bad / Can be Better?

A little background of what I am doing:

I am basically growing 5 instagram accounts, 2 twitter, 2 pinterest and 2 facebook pages.

They are basically all on the Gaming niche (with 4 of them them also featuring myself)

Basically I am hoping to get anywhere between 550k-1.1M total followers on all 11 social media profiles/pages, and then use those 'Followers' to ask them to subscribe to my youtube channel (using some sort of giveaway to encourage them even more)

With this i am hoping that I will get anywhere between 5k-30k Subscribers (1-3 % of total social media followers)

I think that with those subs, I can actually earn anywhere from €5k to 20k€ depending on how much vids I upload, which is not bad for my country, as the minimum wage is around 7K € and the average wage is 10-12k€

I had around 1k YT subs like 5 years ago, and now around 740 remaining as i deleted all the vids on how to's like 2 years ago. (bad move, but oh well) and they unsubbed lol.

Any thoughts about my plan please? How can it be better?

That's a solid plan, and I have a similar approach with my own channel.

umm, yeah i was going to do a short teaser vid on social media (once i get enough followers) and tell them to click the link to watch it full

I have around 35K, between 5 instagram account (ranging from 5k to 8k per account) - not counting fb/twitter/pinterest atm as they are not worth for now

I was thinking of implementing a similar strategy, how long do you expect it will take you to get that many followers? I think it's also important to note that your YouTube videos need to be decent as well, or people will not bother watching future videos.

Well I am hoping to be able to get those followers by May - August 2017, It's not easy at all of course, but if i keep gaining steadily and get to 20k followers per account, they will eventually increase much faster (i think and i hope )

As per the vids, yeah I will try to do them at least decent enough so that they will watch another one. They will be on gaming but not gameplay at first (so the quality will be better)

Good plan but you are mistaken if you think getting 30k subs out of that for your YT is going to be making those amounts.

Unless you are closing at 2 million views on a monthly basis that's the only time you will earn least 5k USD from your channrl. Assuming you are partnered with a network that is. If doing YT with AdSense expect lower CPMs

I posted couple vids already, and currently the CPM is around 0.5$ - 1.5$ per 1k views, i am not a partner with a network, just partner with yt as normal with adsense.
I was aiming for 10M views per year, which is 30k views per vid if i upload 333 vids in a year. (considering I will be sharing my vids to all my fanbase on other social media)

It is also very likely that at least 1 vid outta the 333 vids gets 500k + views (goes somewhat viral)


I Will also try to sell them some affiliate stuff, such as pc / xbox / ps / gaming bargains
[I would assume that if i get 10m total views in 1 year, i can at least sell 10k products with just 1dollar profit per sale, which would still grant me 10k in 1 year)
