Part 1: YouTube is now asking me to phone verify all my accounts and any of the new accounts I make, why?

Part 2: How could I get like 3-5 YouTube accounts verified, black hat or not, cheap or no cost?

Could be your IP. Have you tried proxies? Stupid question I know. But maybe they're following suite with the big G and FB.

Yes you need to have some fresh private IP's to create multiple youtube accounts. Make sure you clear cookies and history every time you create new account. Only 1 account per IP

How many old accounts you have? and do they are live yet? You can check them by going to this URL hXXp://www.youtube.com/user/USERNAME

try tor plus clear cookies. You can also use the browser you are not using (internet explorer, firefox, etc) and try with this browser. It should work.

I would clear your cookies, goto your local coffee shop and use their wifi, use a different browser.

well if they are suspended then just forget them. You won't be able to recover them. Just make more accounts and upload your stuff.
