Youtube phone verification and proxy locations?

I'd like to create YT phone verified accounts by myself.
I could buy tons of sim cards easily in my country.
Yet, I will need to use proxies with that.
The problem is my phone sim card location is my country, and the proxies are in another countries.
Is this a problem that I could not use it?

P.S: There is no proxies provider in my country.

That is not a problem at all. The problem is that Google likes to ban all new accounts. Don't create hundreds of accounts at once. Create three of five accounts and play with them.
