THIS is why if you don't know shit about the CMS TOS you shouldn't even attempt to do anything with CMS. Obviously this keemstar douche is some sort of dumbass because charging any amount of money for CMS (whether its deposit, buying, renting etc) is breaking the TOS and is punishable by suspension.

I think the only reason that he got caught, or perhaps the primary reason is because some kids sent him the $50 to be partnered but since they had strikes against their channels. They werent able to join the network. Keemstar, being the greedy man that he is, never refunded those kids their money back. Which in return caused massive complaints and reports being sent to utube.
I was on his blogtv channel while he was streaming the other day and keemstar is getting alot of charge-backs from those guy on paypal also.
