I'm sorry for bumping this week old thread but to answer OP's question,
Yes, you can have several Youtube accounts that are eligible for Youtube Partnership Program to be linked to a single Adsense account. If any of your Youtube Partnership Program accounts gets deleted, you can still use your Adsense account and another YT account. But I'd start to play safe if I lose any of my YTPP account.
