Youtube opens partner program to EVERYONE

I enabled my account for monetization but it did not gave me an option to link my Adsense account or to create a new one. Before it used to work fine but now it just doesn't give me the options. Anyone know how to fix this?

settings>Montize>Next>Link your adsense acct.

this is just off the top of my head but its something like this vey similar.
 
lol, I posted the same info just now. Didnt see your post in the YT section. Someone plz report my post. I am having issues reporting it.
 
How do you manage to get Original Videos - Create them or Copy Paste from other sites.
