I found some videos which is relevant to my niche, if i comment links on the comment box will it help my money site to rank?

The links from those comments are mostly nofollow and nofollow links do not pass rank value or link juice to linked domain.
You can get referral traffic if the video is famous and somebody is also interested in reading comments.

If that video is famous, and you have good comment, may be someone will click on your link to follow youtube channel, but it think it is not really effective

If you comments bring tons of people to your site and Google determines it's somehow valuable, then yeah it's a social/behavior signal. Linking for the sake of real pagerank then no, it passes zero juice.

It won't give you ranking but could be good source of targeted valuable traffic, so you can do it.

No you can't get rank to your money site.May be you have good comments some user will click your link to follow your site.

That depends on how viral that video is/has been. If you are getting a decent amount of traffic from that video, it will be a determining factor in your ranking. Trying to attain that isn't impossible, but your time could be spent using more modern practices.

For your kind information, I am pretty much sure about what I am talking, just mind your language next time. You can check the stuff online about no-follow links.
They do not pass page rank value.
