Youtube not uploading as Shorts.

As the title states, been converting my tiktoks into Shorts. Today all shorts I posted from my PC have not been picked up. They go as regular YT vids. Used the right aspect ratio obviously, also have #Shorts both on title and description. Anyone got a solution? Kinda lost here. Should I revert back to uploading from my phone?

Maybe share the channels link for people to decide what went wrong.

Fuck I'm an idiot. I accidentally premiered my shorts. I was uploading long form with shorts. Also, haven't slept in 24 hours. Sorry, ignore my dumb ass.
