Hello BHW fellas,

Need help. I'm new to video marketing and have questions.

First, How to optimize the vids? I know about keyword optimization but what else? Have no idea.

2nd, Does the video content get any advantage for its length like text ones?

3rd, What sort of things are you marketing? What can be there for a starter? Even product examples appreciated.

Look at sample videos that rank high up on youtube search results and follow them.

Always use the keywords tags and in your video and channel description try to use words that pertain to what you are doing.
Eg. On the about page of your channel: "Hi! I'm a Minecraft video maker who likes to make Minecraft animations and Lets Plays!"

I used "minecraft" "animations" "Lets Plays" as keywords. youtube search uses this to help locate a channel when someone is trying to search for you channel.

Also try getting real traffic to your videos/channel from places like reddit. Post a video link with an interesting title and it will give you more publicity.

Lastly, marketing through Youtube is easiest through a partner program and monetization through a company like Freedom, Fullscreen or even just Google/Youtube. They pay you for views and place targeted ads on your videos.

Make use of keywords and use them as tags. Also, utilize video descriptions. There are so many successful YouTube channels that you can check to get an idea on how it can be done.

1. Views, likes and backlinks works fine to optimize the video
2. Yes; content in the video should contain some of your targeted keywords
3. CPA offer, PPL offers, etc!

Get people to like and comment on your video.

The video content itself should try to sell the target site you're promoting.

Start by reverse engineering your existing competition.
