YouTube Network Partnerships. Are they worth it?

One of my channels got a message a few weeks back regarding a YouTube Network Partnership. It's from a company called Fullscreen d_o_t net [can't post links since this is a new account].

Are they a legit company to have a partnership with? Is it even worth it to do a partnership, or are you just going to get taken advantage of?

It depends what you are looking for. If you are looking to increase revenue then yes, you could go with them (although there is better out there). If you are looking to expand your audience and grow your channel then they will not help with that. Fullscreen is a huge network so don't expect any 1-to-1 support or advice.

What kind of revenue can you expect to earn per 1,000 views? Is it just like adsense (video at the beginning for 5+ seconds and/or an ad banner at the bottom of the video)?

What other networks would you recommend instead of Fullscreen when it comes to getting the most revenue? I currently don't run adsense or any kinds of ads on the channel, because I wanted to build up a solid audience first. Now maybe it's time to start running ads.

Anywhere between $1.50-5 per 1000 monetized views. Networks use the same ads but they can also sell their own to generate extra revenue. When it comes to the best network there are hundreds out there and there isn't really a best one. I think Fullscreen offer a 70/30 split? There are lots of reviews on google just take your time as you don't want to rush things like this. Personally I would wait until your channel is getting a minimum of 5k views daily until you even consider joining a network.

There's alot of Networks out there, but it depends on what. Because there's different kinds of networks.
And there's different features about them, some of them has Lock-on for 2 years as an example, which means you cannot search for another network, your youtube channel is linked or rather said "clinged" to the network, after 2 years if you decide to join another network, off you go. Beware of that, networks like Machinima has some bad feedbacks because people have been clinged to their network for almost 5 years.

I am a partner on two channels with fullscreen and cant really give a ton of information from the contract but what has been said is correct.

One of the channels is a gaming channel, barely any views but I enjoy doing it so whatever. The other is a start up music channel and thats getting about 800 views a day, so currently for 800 views a day its less than a buck.
