Can you monetize, put google ads on a youtube video about a tutorial on lets say how to make money with PPD site. PC screen and text on the video... Can you put ads on this kind of videos?

Videos like that tend to be flagged as ''scams'' so I'd try it , If the video gets taken down you still have 2 strikes left.

As long as you're not banned from YT partner program and adsense you can put ads on these videos.
