Youtube Money 2019

Hi everyone!
I'm looking on this forum for like 2 years but never took things seriously. I thought that this is the moment for me and I have to change my shitty life forever. I'm bored of living a shitty life and I want to make some cash. Now the thing is YouTube is my best main compared to Pinterest, Quora. With FB I am familiar, I have a 111k fb page I also used a bit of insta bot, but I want to go through a YouTube method.

I'm not a newbie in YT SEO & ranking, in 2016 I made 90k views with a 0 subscribers channel topic: vines compilation
In 2017 I made a 35k video with 50 subscribers but it was a 2-3th country views(my country)
I'm also a pro Thumbnail creater for clickbait(photoshop) and a good video editor. As a result i'm not a noob in this industry at all, but I never had the change to make some $$$.

I always hate people who are looking for spoonfeeding, that's not what I am looking for!
BUT, I'm looking for some advices on what can I do on Youtube, my 621 subscribers channel is unmonetized at the moment, but all I did on channel was to create funny moments on pretty new games (us audience), I got organic views like 1.3k views-700 views from US,but still I heard that this type of content will not be monetized by YouTube never. I don't want a method I know it's unfair, but I want advices on what can I create on my Channel without using my face, but neither voice because i'm not a native us and people will not watch while they hear a strange voice struggling with English. What can I do guys? Advise me please!

I am also want to start my journey with youtube.
And my advice would be dont trust on youtube monetize system, since we dont have control on it, google can disable channel monetization any time.
I think i should try to do cpa putting links in description but i dont know much. I am looking to start into it.

Nah that is not true, I have seen many channels with crappy english and still do good. Like many educational channel where the tutor is from third world country and crappy english but he knows what he is teaching and has good amount of subs and gets regular views.

So all you need is a proper content idea that you can do and viewers will start coming in slowly.
