Hey guys , i want to create a youtube channel dedicated to anime , i'll upload short clips , opening endings , stuffs like that , can i monetize this when i have a lot of views and subscribers ? and does the country the views come from matters ? india for exemple ? i'm noob please help

Yes, you can monetize it when your channel is approved for the monetization. The traffic source impact on revenue.

No it is not. On application you will get ban hammer. Also Toei had an insane copyright bot running on YouTube. Even 1sec of content triggers it

I'm confused how you would try to get an anime channel partnered if you're just uploading anime. Is this original content? I doubt they would monetize you with all copyrighted re-uploads unless I am missing something here. I have a monetized channel but it is all original content.
