hi, I have a YouTube account and got denied 4th time for monetization I post shorts from Tiktok, not my content. Any suggest

youtube will not monetized this type of content like this, do commentary on the videos, does not matter if it's professional or low quality, anything as little as little you can add over those shorts...
you will be monetized!

you just do random commentary anything related to the clip or video...
don't need to be long professional or detailed, anything short in between the videos...
For example - a video of dog making a sad face - just say: i felt emotional after watching this...

me too brother , getting denied for monetization for REUSED CONTENT, i tried to buy monetized channel , once i uploaded couple videos my channel demonetized again for reused content

If you want to use your YouTube account to make money, you need to create your own content or use licensed or royalty-free videos.

My suggestion is to use your content on a fresh channel.
