I've just reach 4000h watch time and 1000 subcriber.
Special thanks to HaxTuTorial , I use his service to grow my channel.
But I have a copyright strike until 02/22, can I send a request to enable monetization for my youtube channel now?
or I must way until 02/22 ?

I'd remove the display of the channel on your post as this is a blackhat forum.
 
nope, I don't think they'd approve if you have a strike but any youtube guru could confirm this but I'm not sure

It's not always about hacking mate. It's all about IDEAS. Imagine if you are doing well in a particular niche, people may tend to copy everything from your channel and replicate the same. They are not concerned whether they are capable of delivering in that niche or not, they simply want to do it since it is already working for you.

And coming to YPP: When active strike is there on your channel, you cannot apply for YPP. Check your monetization tab in YT studio, you will get some idea.

do you create your own content or just reload, i would also like to try building a channel to sell them
 
I don't want to sound like an asshole but holy shit my dude, your content is pure trash, even if you get accepted to monetize your videos do you really think you'll get views with that content? I don't know nor care how you get your watch hours and subscribers (be that you bought them or you "deserve" them), I just don't feel like you'll have success with the amount of garbage videos you have. Anyways, I wish you the best and good luck!
