YouTube monetization rights

Anybody have any tips for getting videos approved for monetization with YouTube? I have bee uploading creative common videos from YouTube however I'm not getting them approved even when I add that they are CC videos who YouTube approves for commercial use they are still getting denied, other than uploading unique content how can I get videos that will be approved for monetization? Still a nube but appreciate any and all help thanks.

background on the site, bought from a member here it's 3 years old and has 40 monetized videos along with over 250 other videos.

What content are in your videos specifically?

i got the same problem guys.. my niche is about .. sexy girls dance and every video got the "!" symbol and say :

Your video is currently not approved for monetization. To consider your request, YouTube requires information regarding your commercial use rights for your video.

what can i do? or is there any way to avoid it for the next videos that ill upload? tnx
