YouTube Monetization - learnt something new

Previously, I used to apply for Monetization as soon as finsihes my 4k hours +1k subs.
What used to happen is, it usually took me 8-10 days for the final result.
This time I waited after finishing my 4k +1k and waited for the email " Congratulations you have finished 1k subs" then applied for Monetization, and the result came in just 3 days.

Both ways it takes equal time 2-3 days ± , but this was much better to go after you receive the email.
