Youtube ! monetization error

Ok so I know the ! error (the more information error) when you try to monetize is an channel warning or block (when it happens to everything you upload) that they apply to your channel.

What I'm wondering is does this go away after a period of time or is it permanent? I have an account that is now unable to monetize anything, it has no strikes but I can't monetize and everything goes straight to a grey !.

I'm wondering if I should keep building the channel and wait it out or just bail and make a new one. Anyone have any experience with this?

Do you have music in your videos? That could be the problem youtube also dectects video itself as copyrighted example if you upload a trailer to a game or movie. In my experience even royalty free music triggers the ! mark. Simply telling them you got it from a royalty free website will not do. You may have the same problem even it you start a new channel

it won't go as far as i guess , one of my vids is on this mark for more than 3 months and i even contacted them with proof of copy right

Hi, this 'error'' never expires, i had more than 100 videos like this on my account and i deleted them after a few months but they didn't affect my account status.
