youtube monetising question

hey guys ive been using a website called view2.be to get views onto my videos.
Although it is working i am not getting paid for it. Any reason why?

There are no such thing as monetizable views. NO SUCH THING. There are also no such thing as REAL visitor views. NO SUCH THING. Anyone who says they have this is lieing. No views you buy are monetizable.
