I was wondering if YouTube will monetize a channel without voiceover and no face. literally what i mean is the content would be 100% original but would be a mobile screen recorded video and text. Would such videos get accepted into ypp?

It will be accepted as long as it's good content

Sure, why not?
The question is whether the content will be successful with users. If it attracts an audience and brings YouTube viewers for advertising, it's successful.

Yes..just full filled those 1K sub and 4K watchtime..and no strike or any copyright issue..

It will be accepted. I usually record footages of my cat eating without sound in the background, and everything works fine for monetization

Such channels are not encouraged by YouTube. You should show face in at least some videos.

If it's some sort of tutorial, then yes there is a chance of getting accepted into YPP
