HI there, I have uploaded a few videos, and two of my videos have been refused monetisation because of commercial rights, I have an option to appeal this but im not sure if i should? I have three options: My video contains original content(Which it dosent) I have an online license for some or all of my content and I have written permission to use some or all of my content. I am stuck here! anybody who can help I will appreciate it very much! My videos are taken from dailymotion and liveleak, and are dashcam videos, which i thought were %100 copyright free? if anyone has any experience i will appreciate it.

You can't do anything in this case. Better to upload new videos in new account and start journey again.
Else do your original videos and share them on YouTube.

you can't monetize any video unless it is all your own content, like you can't go into a game store buy a game, copy it lots of times at home and then sell it to the game store as your own. the game store won't buy it because its not the original, legit version.
