YouTube Monetisation - Advice Needed

Hi everyone.

A few months ago I started a YouTube channel where I upload parts of comedian's podcasts (10-15 minutes) with some funny thumbnail and maybe a few gifs in the video.

I uploaded 40-50 videos and my channel quickly grew to over 2k subs and 500k + views, so I was able to apply for monetisation.

As expected my request was denied due to my content being too repetitive and not unique enough.

Looking for an advice on how to change my content, so that I can monetise the videos with YouTube programme or any other monetisation methods.

I guess first you have to delete all the videos that are the reasons for getting denied, then maybe start posting your own content about something in that niche, since you already have established a few subs on your channel

maybe it's just a "reused content" just edit thumbnails and description of your latest videos and highest viewed vids

Be glad that they did not delete the channel.
