I'd be careful. Even creating a fake cc generator could get you in trouble. Sometimes the law doesn't just look at the actual crime, but also the intent to commit the crime.
It's the same as taking a bag of sugar or flour and selling it as cocaine. Even if it is 'fake', the intent was still there.

Just using it to drive general traffic and get email submits ie. put link to blog in description and then iframe a email submit 'you need an invite to download this software - please type your email address below to receive your free invite'. etc.
