Youtube + Mediafire + Password Method Questoin

If i upload video saying Download Call of duty mw3 for free
and in the desciption i put fake media fire file link, they download it, find its password protected, they go to sharecash fill in survey and get password, put password in and realise it is fake file.

can call of duty mw3 sue me or can i get in trouble for this

No as long as it's fake

You can get prosecuted for distributing copyrighted content and cheating people even if its fake, but they will not spare their time on you when they can sue whole mediafire so none like you can upload anything on such site again.

Most likely they would not spend their time trying to sue someone who is giving people fake files while there are the big guys out there providing the real things to public just like that.
