Sure I will admit that's true but there is a good reason why that's the case, I will simply say this, it's because of the traffic source why my views to subscriber rate is so low.
Yes I admit this is a waste of traffic since I am not making any money from it but this was mostly an experimental run, my first ever time doing anything like this but for next time I will be more prepared, hence I pointed out my mistakes and also what I should of done (what I recommend).
All in all I would say this trial run was a HUGE success, sure you can simply argue traffic volume is irrelevant if it doesn't convert but regardless, 63k views in 11 days for one hour work is impressive.

Mate seriously take some MORE action now 
-go to some CPA networks with content lockers inside
leadbolt
adscendmedia
cpabeyond
mgcash
etc.
etc.
-create a wordpress website and lock some files
-even if you dont want to do all this things seriously go to ****** and make some links and put these links in the descriptions of your videos!
-watermark them
-add bubbles and notes that drives the viewers to your description!!!
Having all this traffic and not getting profit from it is a big mistake so take action

I recommend reading logoz 200$ day method and for the website use 000webhost.
If you are unsure to install wordpress check their site for a tut. On my first try it took me 2hrs to find all and do everything correctly. Now its 5 mins.
As for content locking again ohaider got a nifty little guide check it out on CPA sub forum.
Lastly, even if you are experimenting..do it completely. Try monetizing with the above methods and see what works.
My questions:-
1) Do you spin the vids or use them as it is?
2) How many views/vid on an average?
3) If you dont mind..do explain how you get so many views...i get only 30-40 per video.

1) No spinning, except I do some basic SEO for the description and keywords.
2) I cannot possibly work out my view, per day, per video as I have over 130 videos.
3) I'm not sure why I get so many views, just make sure each video is High Quality.
