Hello guys i founded this free software YouTube to comment auto and upvote

YouTube botter v 1.0

YouTube Botter. works with login and password.

Requirements​
  • Netframework 4.5.2 and 3.5​
  • A working YouTube accounts in user,password,emailrecovery​

YOUTUBE Comment + Rater (Upvote)

Unlimited Accounts: There is no limit for management of accounts. You can use unlimited number of accounts.

Video commenter: Comment on as many youtube videos as you want.

Inbuilt Video Scraper: Input your keyword and bot will scrape first page of youtube.

Comment Ratter: Give likes to your comments and make them to top position

You could try Tube Assist Pro by WhiteHatBox. I haven't tried it, and I can't actually confirm that they are totally legit and safe. They have a number of products available and I originally thought they are fine, but there are some negative comments about them.
Or you could try Jarvee which has a YouTube module, though you pay per account, so if you want lots of accounts you'll have to work out what's worth it.
Otherwise, somebody could code a YouTube bot for you, but the thing with that is they may not update it (compared to an ongoing company which does) so it could suddenly not work if YouTube changes in some way.
 
this thing is dirty as hell... don't download this tool, is very dangerous

Additional question: does it support multiple proxies in sequence?
