Youtube mass auto annotation? Does it exist?

I just wondering if there's such program exist where you can mass annotate videos in youtube?

Having to put annotation on each videos is a pain in the a$$ and it's taking half of my time..

Anyone?

I actually created one for Fileice members, you can use it if you'd like!

I ripped it from TGN, then changed it around and added a few notes. Test it if you'd like, from the original creators:
