Youtube Marketeer/ White hat services

Currently looking for someone who can market a youtube channel plus tiktok account.

I've started a youtube channel and I want to hit the ground running and have my channel marketed from the start. Id like to get monetised as soon as possible and hopefully build a decent amount of subscribers and hopefully have some type of small snowball effect. Im not interested in any Black hat stuff as I do not want problems down the line.
There seem like so many services out there and im not sure which I should be going with.

Can anyone make and recommendations of what services or marketeers to choose from.
