YOUTUBE: making views with Instagram stories

Hello guys, i'll share with you the way this guy is making thousands of views on his videos with simple and easy to find content and meanwhile i'll ask you some question (as i'm new to youtube world).

I'm from an EU country but i think this works well on different countries from mine.
Basically this guy downloads stories from instagram of some famous trapper/rapper/gossip influencer (usually it's some sort of dissing between those famous peoples) and he makes a collage. Every day he posts 2 videos of those instagram stories and in every video he adds a commentary on what is happening (with his face exposed). Every videos does an average of 100k views with some going to 300k or 400k views (even tho he has just 250k subscribers circa).

Actually finding a bot to download those instagram stories is very easy (took me 5 minutes of google to find one for free and i think there are better bot/software out there). So acquiring the content is very easy and every day there is a lot of contents and strange things or random dissing between those trapper rapper ecc.

Now, my questions are, being unexpert:
- If i do replicate his channel (using different stories) but i'm not exposing my face with my commentary (i don't like to expose myself), do you think i will make a lot of less views comparing to him?
My opinion is that people that follow this kind of contents is there just for the gossip not for my face. For sure there will be some that prefer to see a real person behind the channel, but i hope they aren't that much. I want to listen your opinion that for sure have more Youtube experience than me.

- Is it legit to take instagram stories and use them on youtube? Apparently yes, looking at his channel. But once again i want to hear your opinion.

Just to understand what are you doing. Are you posting the YT videos on instagram? if you do how are you doing this?

Like you said, aparently yes.
If I were to do that, I would play safe. Create an intro/outro , add text , add some random vid in the middle , etc.
YT is acting like a capricious boy, you have to be very careful.
 
Honestly, wear a mask, add a voice-changer & create an anon figure without being too creepy & you should be good.
Could even make that a brand-able thing making your page unique.
If you don't, I may hire someone to do it for me lol

Well almost everyone in this niche started only posting the stories without showing the face or commenting but it was a different youtube.
First add Intro and Outro,you can use text to explain what happening if you dont want to use your face or talk but beware without commentary or face (both is better) it's difficult to get monetized these days.
You can "invest" and hire someone to do the commentary or ask to a friend,you can do these before asking for monetization and post like some videos with commentary to have more chance to get accepted then when you get accepted return to post videos without face or commentary.
You can buy an already monetized youtube account but i dont know how these things work.
If you get enough subscriber and views but no monetization you can sell shirt about your niche,do shoutout to emerging rapper/influencer or cpa.
 
This works well. Cringy youtube reaction videos still get viral also. Also brainstorm similar concepts. You could also do commentary about news clips, articles, current events. Pay 5-10 plus people/share income and automate this. You can even find people to do simple reaction videos who are not aware of how much views and money this can bring.
