Youtube Livestream bot

I'm desperate need of a youtube livestream bot so i can get some viewers. I know it must be possible because I've seen a few streamers with no one chatting and getting a lot of live viewers. Does anyone know if twitch bots work for that as well?? And I know you can't really get caught because the views are live and you can't check how many users are actually watching the stream. Infact there isn't really a system in place on youtube to prevent youtube livestream botting.

Its really true? if thats the case there should be a someone providing views without any issues like others have.
