If you talk about fake traffic:
Try to start the legit way, do not send 20000 likes on a video with 0 views.
Build up slow, make it look organic (simply analyze channels in the same niche)
for 10000 views maybe send 250 likes or even less and around 20-50 comments.
If you talk about organic traffic:
unlimited, there are simply no limits as you can see with PewDiePie (I assume he still got fake traffic and supporters who bot him)
