Use social exchange sites like addmefast, likenation... Search here for some iMacros scripts and automate it.

Pretty much. addmefast, or if you don;t wanna work but rather pay for it either go to fiverr or shareyoutubevideos .

Try ADDMEFAST for YT like. But dont get huge a day. Get gradually 1st day 10, 2nd day 15, 3rd day 20. If you get huge a day your video can be flagged.
So carefull. Beside the getting like you must have to increase the views.

Vagex is a good site for views and likes, but can be dangerous if you over do it.
