Hello

Is there an effective solution when you are convinced that an employee is to rule against you?

My account was closed for no reason really logical

My offending video is no worse than another, it is simple and no obscene details.

I do not understand why my account is closed for that.

Are there solutions in these cases for Youtube reverse its decision?

It's hard to be out of his account which had over 4 years and 60 videos.

Thanks

write to them and try and get them to reverse their decision

Also if you know shane dowson he got banned but he came some how

My account has also been suspended by youtube. I filled in all forms I could find to appeal and asking them to review my account.
2 weeks after that, they e-mailed me back saying they reviewed my account and unsuspended it. So I've got my account back.
I think you should try the same!

As of September they no longer unsuspend accounts unless you're a partner, and even that is tricky.

That's stupid. Least with non partners they do not have to share advertising rev

Complete bullshit. I received this e-mail from youtube at September 13th:
Code:
Hi there,

Thank you for your email.

After a review of your account, we have confirmed that your YouTube
account is not in violation of our Terms of Service. As such, we have
unsuspended your account. This means your account is once again active and
operational.

If you forgot your password, please visit this link to reset it:
blablabla

The YouTube Team

My account is not / has never been partnered.

Unless you work for YouTube, why would you say something like that? Every company makes mistakes, and especially with YouTubes automated reporting functions, an account can EASILY get wrongly flagged by a competitor or someone thinking you break the TOS when you aren't. No company as big as YouTube would ever have a policy "We NEVER unsuspend accounts unless you are a partner."

Terrible to give wrong information like that.
