YouTube JV - Voice Over

This is a Youtube SEO so i'm looking for someone who is experienced with creating voice overs. I will do all the video creation / editing and SEO, all you have to do is record a narration. You should have an appealing voice (guy or girl doesn't matter to me), I would prefer you have the proper equipment to record the voice overs but not a must. I'm looking to start projects in multiple niches so if necessary I am open to working with multiple people at once.
