[Youtube] Is this type of content easily approved for monetization?

Sorry for the newb question

If I create content like the one in the links below, will I be accepted for monetization through adsense on youtube?
I think these videos are containing mainly official videos and photos of the products + custom voice over.




I know these channels are monetized with adsense but some of them are quite old and I'm afraid a new channel with content like this would not be accepted for monetization

That's why I'm asking you guys what's your opinion on this

If you are using your real voice then yes!

The whole point of these channels is to be monetized by amazon affiliates I think.

Yes, I plan to hire a voice over actor and give him my "script"

You're right, they do have amazon affiliates links in description but they (or, at least some of them) have also enabled ads on their channels, too (especially since amazon has sliced the commission percentages)

I wonder how much $$$$$$$$$ people are making with these types of videos. People seem to really like the first video despite it being a compilation of the product specs/generic footage. Does anybody know what is the CTR of amazon links in the description and comments?
