its the only best way to get noticed and get traffic

then you can make ads in your vids, monetize vids, put affiliate links in description, ask for donations etc

the problem is im kinda shy and afraid what others will think when i become a youtuber

and im not even able to talk fluently so i would only be able to read off a teleprompter, prepare well and do lots of cuts

There are many other ways

youtube is not the only way to make money. Most of it is just luck now, theres thousands of youtubers with the same content and most of the time, the people that ''make it'' got lucky with a viral video.

You speak the truth. All you really need is 1 viral video to kick start your YouTube career for life :)

YouTube is a longterm game though; however, it IS NOT the only way to make money online. Search around for other tactics- there's some amazing threads here that list of compiled IM methods

a good way? for sure
the only way? nope, there are plenty, some even better

Not necessarily. It really depends on your niche.

For example if you are a gamer you would want to use Twitch and YouTube.

If you do reviews or some other kinda stuff, you use YouTube mainly.

If you do ecommerce you would mainly use Social Media (FB, IG) and probably Google (SEO, Adwords)

In my opinion YouTube was great, but now it gets regulated way too much and there is too much Clickbait going on. It is extremely saturated, but definitely not impossible to get a lot of subscriber.

You fast forwarded to s wrong conclusion.
Read a few journeys or methods here and I am sure you will. see that is not the ONLY way

If you are shy or anything, just start doing it and say f it. I worked in a call center for a few months with the purpose of getting more confidence on the phone and IRL. After like 2-3 weeks my confidence skyrocketed and I wasn't afraid or shy anymore when calling someone.

YouTube is a long-term game until they ban your channel.

They will ban you if you're not earning enough money for them. It's in their terms and conditions.

You don't have to read a script. People do appreciate originality and candidness. The easiest way to get started might be to just document an activity/hobby that you enjoy doing. Maybe you play golf, maybe you cook up the best tacos, maybe you paint canvases. Whatever it is, there's other people out there who enjoy that activity as well. And they're looking for tips on how to get better at that activity (*monetization posssibility*).

So what you do is document yourself performing said activity. And you can either talk about what you're doing to your audience while you're doing it, or what might be easier for you, is to do a voice overlay where you're speaking afterwards (edit it into parts of the video). For some activities you might not even need to show your face because people love the GoPro style POV videos as well.

And don't just stick to Youtube, even if you find it the most worthwhile for your time.

Instagram, Tiktok and Youtube are all super popular platforms which actually has similar content, just in different forms and lengths. Learn to cut littlle clips of your Youtube videos and edit it nicely and post it to IG and TT as well. You can also include Snapchat and Reddit as good places to post.

And that's how can build a solid social media brand. Post content everyday -- maybe post to Youtube twice per week but post to IG and TT every single day! Link it all together, offer giveaways, interact with your audience, link them to offers that help them (and help you = $$$). Get a nice clean website, maybe add a little store to it. Send your audience there naturally with links in bio.
