youtube is so freaking broken

first only usa viewers bring cash, but then if you isnt large enough you have to put all the 3 ads, meanwhile, large youtubers don't spam ads, only the text one and get direct ads, wich pay much more.

What's up with that, seems logical and fair...

I want to hear expert opinions on this matter. It's interesting..
