YouTube is not banning accounts anymore?

Hi, i was wondering for a long time now, that noone is writing about banned youtube accounts. I even found on Quora that youtube is not banning accounts for fake views anymore (since 2014). Can someone confirm and explain that? what if the video has adsense? i still can't get banned?

I just saw folks saying there was a crackdown recently. They have human reviewers, they work with large lots of accounts, sometimes a wave of bans just sweeps the forums.
 
no age wont help you with bans, i know from my own experience.. i have many aged accounts on youtube, i uploaded on a 2007 account recently and my videos still got taken down... maybe helps with WH niches but with BH nope
 
No banned account for me but i got 4 banned channels recently and i was expecting that due to unusual behavior of the channels
 
Ban comes now and then and it clearly depends on the actions you do. Like if you are uploading sensitive videos or copyrighted
Also a few LQ views on videos wont matter much but too many can trigger YT alarm.
Besides views don't have any effect on earnings. They will just give you a push.
