Some of my competitors have been ranking really weird lately. They rank on the first page for medium-high competition keywords instantly after they upload their videos.

It's not the unlisted method since they rank with just a couple views. Does anyone have any ideas what they might be doing?

I saw some examples from some indian channels ranking for high comp keywords. Also there was a thread about this on bhw. Pm me your examples im also doing yt nowdays and maybe we can find something useful to replicate whats there are doing
