"301+ views" is the counter it stops at naturally. It will update again. It has happened to every popular video I have made and have visited when it was like an anticipated movie trailer, game trailer, etc.

It will do that. It is sometimes normal, the time frame seems a bit long, but you may try buying a cheap $5 fivverr gig for youtube views to see if that helps it along.

I only have a personal skype right now. I have been meaning to make a business skype, but most people/businesses that I do business with have my business number. I would go with elite proxies if budget is not an issue to you, normal (private) proxies would work, but would die faster.

Not hundreds of "copies" but hundreds of videos. I would advise you to search the latest trending topics such as The Walking Dead, Game of Thrones, other TV shows, or create deceptive screenshot videos and have it link to your website/affiliate page. If you are trying to be a youtube partner legitimately, then I would advise against what I said.

In my own opinion, few quality videos are greater than lots of low quality videos. I would be amazed if you are going to create and upload a lot of high quality videos. But I do have a suggestion if you want to increase the number of views on your Youtube video. One of the effective ways to gain massive number of high quality views and conversions is no other than gaining Reddit upvotes to your Youtube video. With lots of Reddit votes, your video can be featured on their first page (in which a lot of people right there are viewing lots of videos everyday).
