youtube idea need help.

i have an idea. i will do some news highlight by extract audio from News.
then add picture and other thing to it to make video.

will they flag me for copy right? i mean the news network like cnn, foxs.

No, there could not be a copyright for this. But remember one thing, Youtube can flag your video If you have any copyrighted music in you video. So cut the musics from the videos before submitting.

Youtube can flag your video. And it also can be audio copywrite if CCN or any channel uploaded the audio. So be careful. Youtube is very much restricted these days.

If you're using the footage to review/critique/parody it then it might be fair use anyway.
 
just post the video and it said "Not suitable for most advertisers".
 
This is YouTube flagging the video for inappropriate content but it's nothing to do with copyright issues. Appeal the decision by requesting a manual review
