I was using isocialfame to push views when posting, but they've been unreliable as hell...what's your favorite provider of yt services at the moment?

Location of the views will matter but if your views are from mixed location then normally youtube will rank it on US at first and later on other location as per the response it gets.
So best if you focus on getting views from a specific location.

In my very personal experience I can say that doesn't really matter.
Maybe you can think "ok but maybe buy country targeted HR views is just a little bit better". No, really. Actually doesn't change nothing. All my non-english videos boosted with english viewers are still in first position after years. Same for new videos.
