Youtube how monetization? Will reach YT target soon

Hi guys, can give me some suggestion or advice?
recently i had create a youtube channel, i upload copyright video cartoon and get many views and subscribe,
What should i do when reach 4000hours and 1000 subscribe? I have upload 50+ videos
Is this delete the cartoon and upload gaming video list or unlist? (the bhw member got teach but i forget from which thread) And then apply monetization ?
They have comment, give like and i have reply them too. They are from really like to watch cartoon people.
If delete cartoon and upload gaming video, should i need to buy YT views and YT comment to make it like real?

Ps?: I use this method from bhw member who teach us to get views and subscribe easy, and it really works to get views and subscribe

Yes just make sure that those gaming videos do have your face or voice or both.
Sending a few views wont hurt but better not to do them if you are not getting any real views on those videos since youtube can see through that and put you on hold.

Never heard of this “face and voice” rule. Is this mandatory for video games only? I am creating How To videos (my own, no copyright issues). Do I have to do this too?
