But shouldn't it naturally do this for free? Or maybe I'm thinking of related videos? I'm just having a hard time getting traffic to my videos and it's because they're not showing up on other peoples videos as suggested (or related or whatever it's called).

Optimize the video,make sure the video title and description has the keyword you are trying to target,also,make sure,the video has decent views,likes,social sharing.
it will take sometime depending on how competitive the niche is,but sooner or later it will start showing up on suggested video..

Add meta keyword as the user name of the viral video in your niche...

How do you get social sharing? I'm sharing on my own accounts, but not able to get shares from other people.
