Hey I just recently payed a YouTuber to like my video he has around 700k subscribers we planned for him to like my video at 4 pacific time today but he forgot that he was gonna upload a video so he said it wouldn't be smart to like it today, so I told him
To like it Saturday morning at 9 am since he won't upload a video for a while I'll get more traffic or will I be ignored since he uploaded a video on Friday? Should I go for him liking my video tomorrow morning or should I go for waiting a week until next Friday? Which day should I pick I wanna get the most views

I'd say around 7pm his time/your time. That is after dinner, after work, after school, etc.

I would wait until next week most people are not as active online during the weekend.
