Well...a lot of valuable information has been offered up in the thread. I guess I'm surprised you would be experiencing these kinds of problems NOW.
As someone who has been very prolific uploading videos to youtube even 2 years ago, without the right setup it would have been impossible to upload that kind of volume of videos effectively, so I think you're more likely a total newb begging for advice, which is fine...you should be honest about it.
You certainly never had 25k videos on youtube if you don't know you have to clear your cache, and get a new IP. That is youtube 101, so at least be clear about your true situation.
Alright, enough bagging on you...sorry.
Here is the thing - public proxies are not the best option for you because quite frankly everyone else is using them too. However, you could certainly pick up some private proxies for a very reasonable price, and that is a viable solution.
If you're like me though, and you like saving money you could always do this the old fashioned way, and simply use a MAC spoofer to convince youtube you're a different computer between each upload session.

It's easy to use, and as long as you follow the advice about clearing your caches with CCleaner, and getting a new IP before you log in to each new account, you'll likely find this issue considerably minimized. However - if all your videos are the same, or have minimal variation you'll want to look for a solution to make them more unique.
