Make sure you're using a burner account, don't know what the restrictions on this are yet. Make sure that account has a few subs, most channels if no subs. Don't get the option for community tab postings.
Method
Go to any popular or random youtube video that falls under your niche.
Copy usernames under comments (new feature of youtube) should look like @username8634
After you have gathered usernames
go to your community tab and write something like. Check out this cool youtube channel (or video) {insert url} then start mentioning by hand the usernames you gathered. Copying and pasting does not register. Write the characters by their username after writing @ a little window should popup
Don't know if this has been posted here yet, but it has real good potential. Especially if someone makes a bot for it. Doing all this by hand is time consuming (If you know of any bots that do this, let me know.)
