I have been using mass video blaster, and received a message from a user asking me to take down any of his videos from my channel, and that he had already reported me to Youtube.

I haven't removed the videos yet; to be honest I have absoultely no idea which are his.

The debate is between just ignoring him and hoping Youtube doesn't ban, or asking him which videos are his and deleting them.

Nearly every video on the account has links redirecting to affiliate offers of one form or the other, but it has lasted about a year (with an infraction or possibly two along the way :()

I think I will ask which videos are his, just to know. If they aren't getting views I will just delete them.

The problem is that I am concerned that even if I bother going and deleting this guy's video's (they are about tobacco/ecigs), when YouTube reviews the complaint I will be screwed regardless.

I guess what I am asking is, is there much chance this account will remain after that one recent complaint?

Really I just needed to vent because I am surprised this guy even noticed. I'm going to invest in proxies and spam the shit out of youtube if the account is deleted >.>
