So after typing keywords and locations,

it says

100+
clicks

207K+

impressions

So what does that mean ? 207k can see it but only 100 allowed to click on it ?

Now really sure what you mean. You you saying your advert has had only 100 clicks out of 200k impressions? anyhow yeah it means displayed 207k times.
