Youtube going crazy... any updates ?

Last 60 minute views decrease by 75% in 2 different niche channels, it all starts yesterday..

the second channel receive usual views from YT statistics, but adsense statistic sink also to 75%, this was a day before -

Anyone observed a serious decrease in the last 60 minutes Statistic at youtube, or any other anomaly ?

I haven't observed a decrease, but I heard that they had multiple issues with advertisers.
